## India Post consignment number format

India Post tracking numbers follow the UPU S10 standard: 13 characters in the format `SSNNNNNNNNNIC` where:
- SS = 2-letter article type prefix (e.g. EK = Speed Post, RR = Registered Letter, CP = Business Parcel, EE = EMS International)
- NNNNNNNNN = 9-digit serial number
- IC = country code (always IN for India)

Common prefixes: EK, ST, EA (Speed Post) | EE (EMS International) | RR (Registered Letter) | RP, CP (Registered Parcel) | LX (Business Parcel)
