About Amazon Logistics
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is Amazon India's own last-mile delivery network, handling millions of deliveries daily across India. Amazon uses its own delivery fleet alongside third-party partners like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, and Shadowfax to reach customers across 100,000+ pin codes.
When Amazon delivers your package using its own delivery network, you'll receive a TBA tracking number (e.g. TBA123456789000). This number can be tracked on Amazon's order tracking page — just log into your Amazon.in account and go to Returns & Orders → Track Package.
If your Amazon order is delivered by a third-party courier, you may also receive a courier-specific AWB (e.g. a Delhivery or Ecom Express number), which you can track on those respective pages.
