Tracking says Delivered but I didn't get my your bank card. What should I do?
Ask family members and neighbours first, then contact the delivery post office shown in the tracking history with the consignment number. If the card is still missing, call your bank's customer care to block it and request a replacement.
What happens if my your bank card can't be delivered?
If no one is available to receive it after delivery attempts, India Post returns the article to the sender — in this case your bank. Contact your bank to have it sent again or collected from your branch.
