What the tracking status means for your card
- Item Booked
- IPPB has handed the card to India Post and it has been entered into the system.
- Item Bagged / Dispatched
- The card is moving between post offices or sorting hubs towards your delivery office.
- Out for Delivery
- The postman has the card today. Make sure someone is at the address to receive it.
- Delivered
- India Post recorded the card as delivered. If you didn't get it, see the FAQ below.
- Item Returned
- Delivery wasn't possible and the card is going back to IPPB.

Stay safe while you wait for your card
- Never share your card PIN, CVV or an OTP with anyone who calls or messages you, even if they say they are from IPPB or India Post.
